Is it time for something different?
Morale is down.
Income is questionable.
Buying gas requires more planning than it has in the past.
It has been a bumpy ride and an emotional one, too. While some of the usual clients freelance environmental educators contract with are facing complex challenges, it doesn't mean that you have been stopped cold.
Let’s work on something together.
I am reaching out to people asking about projects. What I'm asking for is an introduction to project managers who are building teams. In my outreach, I explain that environmental educators do more than nature tours and leaf rubbings. I explain they have experience with program design, public relations, research, working with schools and agencies, science communication, and more.
Will you help me with this?
Here's how you can help.
Think about how you could do your work differently. What might this look like?
What fields can you see yourself working in?
While I can't promise I will find opportunities, I can ask questions and look for projects. Your responses to the questions above will be helpful, so thank you for taking the time to respond.
